Free delivery and set up for customers within 12 miles of Knock, Nr Huntly
There is an additional £10 delivery charge for customers living outside our 12 mile delivery zone of Knock, Nr Huntly
and a £20 delivery charge for customers living over 20 miles of our delivery zone of Knock, Nr Huntly
We will normally start dropping castles off to customers from 8am in the morning on the day of hire, (we will message you evening b4 with an approx time), if you have booked a hall please let us know the drop off and pick up times so we can fit into our delivery time table.

WE DONT TAKE OUTSIDE BOOKINGS BETWEEN BETWEEN END SEPTEMBER UNTIL END MARCH AS WE ARE UNABLE TO DRY OUT WET CASTLE .
Please Note If you are having your castle on hardstanding outside castles & inflatables must now be anchored down by means of anchor bolts this involves us drilling holes in the hard surface and screwing in a 10 mm wide x 80 mm long bolt for each castle anchor point to keep the castle safe and secure, if you require this service there is a £10 additional charge.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking, this is very rare but sometimes circumstances are outside our control.
